Shoutouts PowerApp - connected to Excel?

      Hi there,

Need help. I've customized the Shoutouts template for using it in my organization. However, the app does not save any sent shoutouts anywhere so each time I run it, it's blank again - like I haven't sent any shoutout before.

I've read in a different thread that the app should've asked me to make 3 connections - Office 365Users, Office365 Outlook and OneDrive. However, i was only asked to connect it to the first two and I've done it successfully.

Are there two template versions available somehow? One that's linked to Excel and one that's not?

I scrolled through the powerapps templates and only found one version.

Hi @EnerM ,

Yes, if you want to create your own ShoutOuts and you need to add one new table and it store in one platform for example OneDrive, and you need to add this new connection into your PowerApp.

Best Regards.

It did not ask for one drive or excel connection, how can I save my shoutouts?
