Shoutouts Template saving images

Hello

So i have created the Shoutouts app and customised it for our business. On the page where you compose your message you also get the option to add an image. I notice that these images are being saved in a folder on my one drive as the data source is an excel spreadsheet it doesnt have the ability to have attachments. This means anyone with access to that folder can see the images on the activity screen rather than whatever security the original file they upload has. I am not trying to recreate this in another app but i can not work out how it is saving the "blob" images to this folder. Any ideas?

Hi @Coletteb425

I think SharePoint could be a better destination for your data. There you could define better permissions of who could or not access your data. You can easily migrate the excel into a SharePoint list and then move it from there.

Do you think this would help you?
