You can use the onStart function or onvisible depending on your use case

In my opinion, that's not a very good way of doing things, not if you work in a large organization, and especially not if the employee turnover is high. Hard coding every employee's email address and making sure no one if forgotten or is there that should not can soon be a too big task.

 

Sure, if you work in a very small business with almost no employees quitting or starting this could be a way of doing it, but generally it's not a very maintainable solution.

@bishoy This is exactly what I am looking for, but how can I add multiple email addresses?  Replicating with "or" is giving me an error.
