Show dropdown values basen on select in other dropdown

Hello,

I have one table (CountriesAndCities on example) that looks like this

idA=1

idB=999

nameA:CountryName

nameB:CityName

And two dropdowns. I would like to pick a value in second dropdown based on selected item in Dropdown1

Dropdown1 = Distinct('[dbo].[CountriesAndCities]';CountryName)

Dropdown2 = ??? here I need to list and select CityName based on CountryName that is selected in Dropdown1

I try with a lookups formula but is seams that's not working correct. Any ideas?

Thank you.
