Showing entries from 2 data sources in gallery

Hello All,

Is there a way to show records from 2 SP lists in one gallery? I'm trying to create a way to modify entries if they were entered incorrectly and not discovered until later

Currently:

SortByColumns(
Filter('Project Time System', Name = User().FullName && (Month(WeekStarting)) = (Month(Created))),
"WeekStarting")

Which shows the items in a current month correctly and allows me to access the form I have linked so they can change their entry

I have another list for vacation requests and I would also like to display them along with the items that are already there - any push is appreciated.

You can put two galleries on the same screen, but you can't display records from two dissimilar lists in a single gallery.  If the data sources have the same schema you could build a single unified collection and display that in the gallery.  But it sounds like just having two galleries might work better in your case.

Hi @Anonymous

Are the two lists related by a lookup column? Otherwise there's no way to show two unrelated tables in one gallery.

That's pretty much what I figured - I was trying to avoid creating additional screens, but I managed to separate them elegantly (in my opinion 🤣) Thanks for the response - I'll mark as solved

You need two galleries, but you don't need two actual screens.
