I keep getting the following message showing up in in Power Apps.  Also, when I try to provision a new Portal, it says something went wrong.  Has anyone else had this error message?

Session ID: 49603710-8be7-11ea-bf37-8d5ccad66046

AADSTS50058: A silent sign-in request was sent but no user is signed in. The cookies used to represent the user's session were not sent in the request to Azure AD. This can happen if the user is using Internet Explorer or Edge, and the web app sending the silent sign-in request is in different IE security zone than the Azure AD endpoint (login.microsoftonline.com).

This error is happening because PowerApps still detects your login on another O365 account.

Heres what to do:

  • Log out of all O365 accounts
  • Clear the browser cache
  • Going forward use different identities in Chrome browser for each login

Hello @MaryT0905

Problems can occur if services on which PowerApps Web Authoring relies are in different Trust Zones in your browser settings. While these settings apply to both Internet Explorer and Edge, the easiest way to access them is from Internet Explorer. (You might need assistance from your IT administrator to change some of these settings.)

Add the required PowerApps domains to the Trusted Sites zone

  1. On the browser toolbar, select the gear icon

.

  1. Select Internet Options.
  2. Select the Security tab.
  3. Select Trusted sites.
  4. Select Sites.
  5. Add the following sites by typing the address and selecting Add for each:
  1. Select Close.
  2. Select OK.
  3. Close all Internet Explorer and Edge windows.
