Simple PowerApp help

Hi all,

I'm trying to make a simple PowerApp to use in my office to view and record data. I have the data in four separate excel workbooks. Each workbook will contain four to five tables (each one in its own sheet) to be used as datasources for the PowerApp. I've attached pictures which should explain what I am wanting to accomplish. If there is anymore information needed, I can provide this. Thank you for any help in advance.

Hi @ESale ,

In Screen1, set below formulas in the OnSelect property of each button:

Screen1Button1.OnSelect=ViewForm(Form1);Navigate(Screen2,None)
Screen1Button2.OnSelect=EditForm(Form1);Navigate(Screen2,None)

In Screen2, set below formulas in the OnSelect property of each button:

Screen2Button1.OnSelect=ClearCollect(C1,"Table1","Table2","Table3","Table4");Navigate(Screen3,None)
Screen2Button2.OnSelect=ClearCollect(C1,"Table5","Table6","Table7","Table8");Navigate(Screen3,None)
...

In Screen3,

Dropdown1.Items=C1.Value

Dropdown2.Items=If(Dropdown1.Selected.Value="Table1",Distinct(Table1,Hearder2),
Dropdown1.Selected.Value="Table2",Distinct(Table2,Hearder2),
Dropdown1.Selected.Value="Table3",Distinct(Table3,Hearder2),
.....)

Form1.Item=If(Dropdown1.Selected.Value="Table1",First(Filter(Table1,Hear2=Dropdown2.Selected.Value)),
Dropdown1.Selected.Value="Table2",First(Filter(Table2,Hear2=Dropdown2.Selected.Value)),
Dropdown1.Selected.Value="Table3",First(Filter(Table3,Hear2=Dropdown2.Selected.Value)),
...)

Mona
