Slow performing model driven app

I have developed multi tab model driven app  (being newby with PowerApps) and the last thing is its really being slow. Plus i have rendering issue (which i think is due to slowliness). It takes couple of min between 30 seconds to 1 min or over sometimes to load a record in edit mode.  Really not good  performance for the end users. The data sources are lists in sharepoint (about 10 of them in total). I am using form controls  mainly but some galleries as well.

Attached is the impact of this slow performance to rendering. I have tried switching off "Improved Redendring" settings but no change.

Please suggest how to improve this form based app to make it better. Many Thanks

Re: Slow performing model driven app

Thanks for your response. I have applied some of the suggestions (Concurrent on ClearCollect) but with very little impact to the issue.

Few more Observations:

  • Performance is ok in Chrome/Edge but very slow in IE. I have run few tests to prove it
  • The form performance is very slow on its first load i.e. when user clicks the list item, it opens the record  form in powerapps. Subsequent actions (between form tabs) or Repeating action (i.e reopening the same or other record) performance is ok in Chrome. IE performance is sluggish.
  • The New Form doesnt properly render the Rich Text Box control on the screen on its first load. It only presents 90% of it cutting its boundary which looks odd and have overlay impact to other controls. This is not a problem in Edit Form or View Form when viewing existing record.

Any help/lead is appreciated. Thanks.
