Solution Approach for Infopath Replacement with PowerApps

Hi Team ,

I need some technical guidance on below requirement ,

We have around 60+ Infopath Applications in SharePoint Online Environment. Now we want to migrate all of these forms to PowerApps .

Which one is the Best Solution between these two ?

1. Customizing the list using PowerApps (Developing PowerForm)

2. Develop Canvas App

All the forms contain min 60-80 datacards inside the form means 300 - 400 controls and Each form associated with child list as well .

Please suggest

Thanks in Advance ,

Regards,

Mahesh

Hi @MaheshBabu0205 ,

Actually, both options that you mentioned could achieve your needs. From my perspective, I think the first option may be better on your side.

You could consider custom a form app using PowerApps in your SP List directly, then when you add/edit/view List Item within your SP List, it would launch the custom form app to display the List Item data. And using the first option, you could review the changes/updates you made to the specific item in real time within your SP List directly.
