Solution Import - Missing Dependencies

Dear Community,

I hope I could get some advice on the following issue:

I started a Dynamics Sales trial and I am trying to import a solution developed by my ex-colleague. I managed to install the majority of missing dependencies, but I cannot get past the following two:

Could someone possibly advice on how I can obtain these remaining two solutions?

Many thanks,

Alex

Hi Alex,

Omnichannel is a separate application that needs to be installed from the Admin Center, as described here:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/omnichannel-provision-license

The Project Service solution is part of yet another app called PSA (Project Service Automation)

https://carldesouza.com/install-project-service-automation-dynamics-365/

Probably your ex-colleague's solution is using components from both of the above products (entities and the like)

I hope it helps!
