Solutions not yet available in Production (default) environment

I see that Solutions has been released and have it in my trial and community plan environments, but not in my company's default environment.  Is this my company's choice or does it take longer for Microsoft to upgrade production/default environments?  

I do not know what environment version my default environment is.  My trial environment is 9.1.0.288

Hi @Anonymous,

Based on your statement, I think your PowerApps Environment is in a old version.

Currently, the solution experience is available only online and only for environment version 9.1.0.267 and later. To check you Environment version, please go to: PowerApps Admin Center -> Environments-> select your environment-> Details tab.

If you don't find the version within the Details tab of your environment, it means that your PowerApps environment (your default environment)is in a old version.

In addition, upgrading default environment (old version environment) is not supported within PowerApps currently, if you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

Ok. I don’t work in IT, so to be clear, there is no remedy for this issue? Or can I talk to my IT department about upgrading the default environment?
