Perhaps following a industry standard and having a status page wouldn't be a lot of effort since looks like people actually use and rely on this service?

During the whole outage it showed "PowerApps is running Smoothly".
NOW that things are back up (somewhat), it shows this:

I think they have this alarm at MS headquarters....
Up and running again! Problem fixed!
I got the same problem! Though I can get access to powerapps and edit my apps through the link: https://as.create.powerapps.com/studio/ , all connections between sharepoint/ excel with Powerapps failed.
I'm getting this now today on both Edge and Chrome, as well.
