There's a new thread for this from today, but here's some of what's been posted.
The screenshot is from my Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Service Health > Incidents.
Status pages all showing that there's no problem (just like last time):
No...PowerApps is currently down. Sit back and relax (or stress a bit as I am with a deadline in 2 hours) and hopefully they will resolve soon.
PowerApps support updated the incident status:
Title: Power Apps unavailable
User Impact: Users may be unable to access Power Apps.
More info: Users that are able to access the Power Apps Studio or the Maker Portal will see their apps fail to load.
Current status: We've identified timeout errors for requests going to a section of infrastructure responsible for caching. While we continue to investigate, we're performing targeted restarts and rerouting traffic to alternate infrastructure in an attempt to provide relief.
