Sort Button

I have my sort buttons, but they aren't working for some reason. I'm not receiving an error or anything from the buttons either. Here is my formula:

The same error: "The specified column 'Category' does not exist or is an invalid sort column type"

It gives me the same error: "The specified column 'Category' does not exist or is an invalid sort column type"

So this is when you click on the Category column right ? What happens when you click on another column ?

I can't click anything. There's no data for me to filter. The error makes my data disappear:

Can you force the value of the variable varsortcolumn to the "employee" like for example on the app start event. So that we can see if it is an issue related to a specific column or a general error.
