Sorting Gallery to view different results

Is it possible for the gallery to display 3 different versions. For the timesheet I'm creating, I want that an employee can view recent entry (basically the format the gallery gives us), view all daily entries and also view their weekly entries in the format displayed below. And if possible to do how would I do it cause I'm quite new this, also how can one create a table similar to the images below.

Hi @SandraAkujobi ,

Do you want to let users choose what content they would like to see and switch in one gallery?

Yes, you could use one gallery to display contents in different time periods. You could apply different filter regulars on each gallery through setting variables on several buttons.

E.g. Using 3 buttons and set the OnSelect of them:

ClearCollect(colPeriod, Filter(DataSource, CreateDate >= DateAdd(Today(),-30))   //Button1(recent 30 days)
ClearCollect(colPeriod, DataSource)                                              //Button2(all)
ClearCollect(colPeriod, Filter(DataSource, CreateDate >= DateAdd(Today(),-7))    //Button3(weekly)

Then set the Items of the gallery to:  colPeriod

Also I set the Screen’s OnVisible to the collection of last 7 days to be the default data source of the galler:

ClearCollect(colPeriod, Filter(DataSource, CreateDate >= DateAdd(Today(),-7))

For you second question, do you want to create a table just like your screenshot in Power Apps?

If you do want to create a table like that in Power Apps, you could use a Gallery to list all records and place labels to meet your requirements. Or could you give more detailed description so we could help you more?

@v-jefferni The formula that displays entries for the last 7 days how can I make it display entries starting from the start of the week ex. so monday 12th till sunday 18th, and that every week a new set of weekly entries is presented when that button has been clicked because I want them to be able to send out their entries by the end of the week to their line manager.

@v-jefferni Yes I would like create a table like the screenshot sent, would that be possible to do. Because the thing is the job bookings are done daily and I want to be able to display all bookings in a table layout like the screenshot. But then again I need to take into consideration that each week a new set of weekly entries are added into the table.
