Splitting a form up into different sections on one screen

Hi there,

I am trying to create a screen whereby users can create a new topic for a meeting agenda. I currently have the layout looking like this: 

I am attempting to get the screen to look like this instead, although I know moving datacards around is difficult. I created this using Paint, but I am wondering if it's possible to modify the screen to look like this.

Hi @JackFitz ,

If you use a standard Form, you can choose the number of columns, but this applies to the whole Form. So I don't think you can make it look like that with a Form. You can make a screen with the fields where you like and do a patch, but then you lose the advantages of a Form (OnSucces etc)
