Startup screen continuously reloads

In a Power BI report I've added a button with the web URL of my Power App.

When accessing the app using this button, it continuously reloads again and again until I do a Ctrl+refresh of the browser.

If I paste the same URL in a browser, it starts up normally. Anybody seen this behavior before and how to fix it?
