Struggling to Parse JSON in PowerApps

My apologize, did my research but really struggling, this is my first project working with JSON. Wanted  to know how to get PowerApps to produce the JSON.

I have already built a workflow with the parse JSON that I need to populate into a PDF form. Just need to understand now how to get PowerApps to produce the JSON so it could interact with Power Automate.

Power Apps has a JSON function that you can use.  The JSON function takes two arguments, the first is the data you want to convert to JSON and the second controls the JSON format.  For the data parameter its easiest to use either a variable (for a single record) or a collection (for an array of records).  Short example below.

Set(JSONdata,{ProviderNameRow1: "test", NPIRow1: "test"});
flow.run(JSON(JSONdata, JSONFormat.Compact));
