I have a large excel table and one of the columns must be filled by users.
In the example below, there is a similar table.
"E" Column - Number of Siblings must be filled by users.
I planned add list view that connected with each other, like as cascade. ("Name List";"Last Name List";"City List")
Finally, I planed to add a edit box as depends on the lastest list chosen.
Does anyone have any ideas on it?
Or better solution?

As I understood the requirement you mentioned.
You are planning to build an app with an Excel data source.
For that requirement, I can suggest you to use the Source As OnDrive and Upload Excel file to OneDrive Folder.
and create a New App with DataSoruce. as OneDrive.
The Power of PowerApp gives you prebuild Add, Edit, View Screen functionality. and Customize as you want after that.
