Submit New Form Issue with Google Chrome

When you submit a new form with my app in Google Chrome, the "save" icon for one of my forms just turns selected-white and the app doesn't do anything and you have to re-open the app.  Editing and submitting other forms works fine I think.

 

In Microsoft Edge and iOS, it works fine for everything.

Update:

 

I can open the app in the same browser, OS, and account on one computer (Microsoft Edge & Windows 10) and it will work on one computer but not on another.

 

Also, noticed that the app will be slow to load the page that has the new form on it in the browser that the save button doesn't work on.

Could you please share a bit more about the issue within your app?

 

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned. In addition, the current version of PowerApps on my Chrome browser is 3.18075.22.

 

Please check if your computer have met the system requirements for running an canvas app. More details about the system requirements for running an canvas app, please check the following article:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/limits-and-config

 

In addition, please also check if the version of your computer OS and the Google Chrome is the latest version, if not, please upgrade them into the latest version. then run your app again to check if the issue is solved.
