Submit button visible based on if a card is visible and empty

I have a canvas app that has an edit form and I have made a field visible based on certain conditions. I wanted to see if there was a way to have my submit button be conditional to where if the field is visible and empty, to not show the button.

Here is the breakdown:

Repaired Work Order Number field - (DataCardValue8)

Serial Number work order field- (DataCardValue34)

Top Assembly Serial Number Card - (TopAssemblySerialNumber_DataCard1) -  The Visible property on this is: If(DataCardValue8.Text = DataCardValue34.Text, false, true)

Top Assembly Serial Number field - (DataCardValue3)

I want the Submit button to be invisible if TopAssemblySerialNumber_DataCard1 is visible and (DataCardValue3) is empty. I want the end user to have to input information into the Top Assembly Serial Number field if it is visible.

Can this be done??

Set the visible property on the Button to:

    !TopAssemblySerialNumber_DataCard1.Visible && !IsBlank(DataCardValue3.Text)

I hope this is helpful for you.
