Submitting Form resets back to first user in SharePoint list

Hi all,

I've got a Power App form that submits info to a SharePoint list. I have various different apps that submit to different lists, and all of them except for one will reset to a blank form after I hit 'Save'. The problem form resets back to the first entry in the SharePoint list after saving the data, instead of resetting to a blank form. So instead of New > complete form > Save > reset to blank form, I get New > complete form > Save > reset back to form filled with info from a prior submission. I've compared the forms that behave properly to the problematic form and can't determine what the difference is. Any ideas?

Edit: I figured out my own issue. I changed OnSuccess to ResetForm(SharePointForm1); RequestHide(). This fixed the issue.
