Submitting multiple New Forms to a single record of a database table.

Okay so, I have created an app that requires a good bit of user input to create new records in a database. There is too much data to display on a single screen. So i have 3 seperate NewForm Controls that,combined, are to add a single record to the database table with the data from all three forms. Obviously SubmitForm(Form1,Form2,Form3) doesnt work for this. Is there any way i can achieve this?
