Suddenly an error - Server response: Concurrency limit exceeded

My app worked fine for weeks, suddenly this morning all users get the same error on start-up.

Opening up in studio, this is the error given.  No changes have been made to the app for weeks.

Does anyone have the same issue?

Yep, same issue. App has become totally useless now...

Same here.  I get the error when the app opens, but the data does come through after I refresh the data a few times.


Our datasource is an Azure Database.  I've upped the limit in case the concurrency issue was related to our pricing tier, but it hasn't changed anything.  I'm wondering if some of the old connections are being left open?

We haven't made any changes to the app for a while, so no extra database lookups.

We really need to get this fixed quickly.

Same here, it seems something has been broken in the last release...

Same here, I have checked the connections, gateway, all OK, but not working.. "Concurrency Limit Exceeded".
It has been working fine during the àst months, so I don't think it's an issue from our side.

Please, we need a fix as we use this app daily here.

Actually, I think it has been happening time to time during the past 2 weeks, as users reported me some issues, but isolated.

During the previous months, 0 problems.


Now the app doesn't work at all... it's critical, please we need a fix. Thanks

We are investigating but it would help greatly if you raised a support ticket (for follow-up and response management), Please provide your SessionIDs (from the session where you can visualize this error now). SessionIDs can be found under session details under the "Account" link in the left navigation or app backstage.

P.S. Anyone who create a ticket will be updated by our support team as the ticket progresses to resolution.
