Super basic question - syntax for submitting a new record and syntax for updating a record

Hello PowerApp Community,

I am actually able to submit a new record successfully with this syntax:

SubmitForm(Form1_1);Navigate('Search for Client', ScreenTransition.None)

I am having trouble with saving changes to an existing record, can you help me with the correct syntax?

Patch('Client Profile',Form1.Updates); Gallery3.Selected; Refresh('Client Profile');Navigate('Client Profile and List of Workouts')

You can use the same SubmitForm function with the name of the form you are using to update records. If there is a need to use Patch, you can follow this syntax:

Patch(Datasource, RecordReference, {Column1: Value1, Column1: Value2})

Let me know if this doesn't work.
