Syntax for patch from a collection

Am doing something simple wrong in this function can anyone see it?

Patch(MySharepointList,Defaults(MySharepointList),{Me:VarMyProfile.mail,Challenge:CollAllScores.Challenge,MyScore:CollAllScores.Score})

It's only when I put the final curly bracket and open bracket that it gives out !

I just realised what the issue is.. I need to concatenate part of it. .
