System turning off flows

I keep getting message that my flows have not been used for a while and will be turned off or have been turned off.  Where is this coming from. It is a decision process I do not want.  I have many flows that are only run on user input so may not be run for some time.  How do I turn this process OFF?

I know that is not a brilliant idea, but  I think that, after you have an inventory with the flows in danger to be automatically turned off, you can to create a small recurrent (daily) flow in PowerAutomate with an action to turn on the flow.
