Tab order on input

Hello,

I've searched for this topic but couldn't find anything, so I'm posting a question about it.

I have a form that created by Inserting various text input boxes in the layout that I wanted. Question is, how do I control which field is active when I press the TAB button on the keybord? I have two fields side by side and when I TAB into that row the field on the right is the active field and pressing the TAB button then makes the left field the active one. I want to reverse the order but can't seem to find where that is performed.

Thanks,

Ray

Ray,

Currently PowerApps provides auto-tabb between input controls. We want to light up soon the capability to specify the tab order, I've tracked this under Ideas forum.

Hi

TabIndex (set the sequence as 0, 1, 2, 3, ....)  is used to set the order of data enterring (this is recently added into PowerApps).

I hope this is what you want.

Hi @rlmckean

Richard, PowerApps keeping improving its features and lot of new Formula & Control are being introduced.

Somehow, it is hard to follow or know new things being introduced.

You are always "Clear" and the best way to keep yourself up-to-date is either:

- Follow PA Blogs (You can see new stuff) and try it out whenever there are new things to get yourself familiarized

- FB on Working with PowerApps, where we used to share new things.

Have a nice weekend.

Hi

If any one else looking for an answer to this, You can find the tabindex under properties section on the right hand side. If you select the Control you can see the Tabindex property there.

How do you set Tabindex for input boxes within an Edit Form?

The TabIndex property is not available for Editfom. @hpkeong

Got it under properties of the input field.
