Table of Contents

Trying to create a Clickable Table of Contents but have been unsuccessful. What I'd like to do is be able to click on "New User Documentation" at the top of the page and be taken to the New User Documentation section of that page. Is that possible with PowerApps? I tried using Navigate but it sounds like that's just for taking you to different screens. Not different items on the same screen.

Re: Table of Contents

Hi @modernoddity

Could you please share more details of your situation?

Do you want to navigate to the same screen's different item?

Currently, navigate can not achieve this directly, however there is one alternative solution.

You can use variable to achive that.

For example, navigate the next item in one gallery.

Add two button controls(or icons), Button1.OnSelect=UpdateContext({currentid:0})

Button2.OnSelect=UpdateContext({currentid:currentid+1})

Gallery.Items=Filter(datasource,ID=currentid)

Hope this could be helpful.

Best Regards.

Yes, I was hoping to be able to navigate to different items on one screen.... but you gave me an idea with your solution. I can just use the Gallery function to let user's select which info they want to see instead of just one long document and trying to skip around inside of it.

Thanks for the idea!
