Table on Sharepoint not visible when connecting to Sharepoint

Hello community,

I uploaded a source table for the App on the Sharepoint.

When trying to create connection to this Table, I connect to Sharepoint, that is ok, but in the right side menu, I dont see the uploaded Table, I just see the Folder.

I can make connection to the Folder, but I want to connect to the Table.

Can you please advise why?

I repeated the process.

Copied the link from browser bar, went through the process of creating new connection, inserted the link.

It saw folders, but it did not see the table to which I want to connect. Just the folders.

So at the end, the connection is created, but there is no table available to connect.

Is your org using modern SP?

Now, I am trying to share the Table with everyone in organisation, also inserted direct link to the Table to connection,  still have the error message.

The Solution  / the table has to be uploaded as a List and not as Excel file in Library.

Ah yes, massive difference between a SharePoint list and an Excel file. Happy to hear you figured that one out.
