Are the tabs in a datacard on the form? If that is the case then the buttons won't work when the form is in view mode because the forms view mode prevents anything in it from being in edit mode which a button needs to be to be clickable.

Yes, the buttons are in a datacard inside the form. Nothing I can do make them clickable? If i have the tab (button) outside form, it keeps floating with the scroll.
I had the same issue but my form didn't scroll, so I ended up moving the buttons outside of the form. If you find a way to make it work I would be interested knowing how.

Firstly, I suggest you move the buttons outside the form.
If you maek the buttons inside the form, its mode will change with the form.
So if your form is view mode, your buttons will become disbaled.
Secondly, the floating problem. I suggest you try use gallery insted of controls to create tabs, which will not lead to this kind of problem.
