Take the attachment from another record

Hi friends.
I wanted to know if there is a way to take the attachment from another record and save it as a new record in sharepoint.
Example:
I made a record and saved a picture
Then I want to make another record with the same image of a selected record, so as not to reload the image, is there a way to take the image of a selected record in the gallery.

I already solved it this way by placing this code in the gallery
And putting the name of the collection in the datacardvalue of the attachment in the property update the name of the collection
