Terribly slow Update OnSelect of Button

Hi everyone,

I have a quiz application, by clicking on a button, it can be seen how slowly (!) the information is being updated (reset of radios and answer options) → see attached gif-file and button code plz


Any ideas how this can be cured? 😞
