Testing Connection.Connected - Switching Wi-Fi off on Device closes the Power App.

I am specifically testing what can be done when the users wi-fi connection is down. This sometimes works, and sometimes doesn't. To test, I open the app, and navigate to the screen I am testing. Then I go to the device settings & switch the wi-fi to off. Sometimes the app remains open. My Icon is displayed - and the If(!Connection.Connected logic is carried out. Other times it just closes the app altogether.

Is there anything that is controlling this?

I used a simple icon, with it's Visible property set to Connection.Connected.

Where the app is not connected, I am using SaveData to save unsaved additions to the device cache.

I am using an Android device. Android 8.1.0

This is a screenshot from a rare occasion where it didn't close the app. The frown emoji has Visible property set to !Connection.Connected.
