TextInput change not reflected

Hi all, 

I have a query: i have a text input with text "input data here" and formula OnSelect: UpdateContext({mainText:""})

The idea is to:

1. See "input data here" and this works!

2. This then disappears when you click and enter the data - this step works too!

2.Problem: but then when i try to enter something for the second time, it gives me an initial sentence that i have entered by mistake and then changed the in the MainText which is:"input number here". Not sure what I am missing here - it should always show: "input data here"

Do you have any ideas?

Check if any other formulas have modified the value of mainText.
