The Basics on using PowerApps

I need help with the basics:

I have an Excel file, saved as a table, without formulas, macros, etc.

I want to create an app from scratch using an Excel file.

What are my next steps or where can I find step-by-step documentation on creating an app from scratch?

In a nut shell, you would need to host the Excel file in One Drive, Google Drive or Dropbox. You can launch the PowerApps Windows client and connect to this Excel file using New App from Data.
