The CDS Upgrade Error Step 1

I get stuck at Step1. After pressing the button Start Upgrade I get a message next time that I need to reset my upgrade. It does not work. I have tried 20 times.

I have etsablished a new environment with the new CDS and tried to export my APPs and then Import them into the new CDS Environment that does not work either.

Im so frustrated. The hours I put down on my APPs is substainsable. I just do not want to loose aaaaaall my work and start over. Pleeeease help.

Its like impossible to get help from a customer support.

I hate that this upgrade came now and that Microsoft did not secure a better way for us user.

On the communities it only says that I should contact IT or Support.

Hi @Mattias1 ,

According to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/common-data-service/upgradecds/introduction-upgrade-cds:

"

The deadline to start an upgrade ended on March 15, 2019. We have started the process of disconnecting databases for everyone who did not start their upgrade before March 15, but the process will take several weeks.

If you are still able to start an upgrade as described in Start the database upgrade process, there is a very good chance you can proceed. Before we disconnect any database we will double-check to make sure no one has started an upgrade. As we approach the end of March, the chance you can start an upgrade by yourself will decrease as more databases are disconnected.

If you cannot successfully start the upgrade process, we have probably already disconnected your database. If you wish to upgrade, please contact support and we can re-connect you so that you can start the upgrade.

"

It seems that you really need to contact support now.

Regards,

Mona
