The gateway did not receive a response from 'Microsoft.CommonDataModel'

I am getting the error "The gateway did not receive a response from 'Microsoft.CommonDataModel' within the specified time period" when trying to access the entities for an environment I created last week.

I am now able to access my entities without the error.  Thank you for the quick fix.

Hi llushbaugh,

 

I have a custom entity which was created last week on the new environment. And now I can access the custom entity with no error message. I can open it in Excel and publish data. I can also create an App based on this custom entity. But I don’t get the error message what you said.

 

To reproduce this issue, please provide more information about:
1. In which environment did you create the custom entity?
2. How did you access the entity? Did you create an App based on it or just click the entity on PowerApps.com>Common Data Service>Entities?

I had created a new environment called Sales Beta.   I just now created a second new environment and it gives me the same error when I attempt to create the CDM database for the new environment.

I am now able to access my entities without the error.  Thank you for the quick fix.

As of about 1 hour ago, I am consistenty receiving the same error and am unable to create or save any new entities. Any help would be greatly appreciate!

I am getting this following error when I tried to add a new user in the SHARING app page of the PowerApp.

 

"The gateway did not receive a response from 'powerappsfe-prod-europe.trafficmanager.net' within the specified time period."

 

This is the first time I am seeing this, the app has been shared to more than 20 people. I tried creating a new app and tried to share to a single user, same error occured. Any ideas please?

Any updates on this?  I started receiving the same error today.
