Theming combobox for dark theme. Change color of controls

I have themed one of our apps with a dark and a white theme.

combo-box theme issuecombo-box theme issue

On the phone the controls (close icon) remains black and therefor is practically invisible in the dark theme.

The user needs to click the close when he has finished making the selection

The chevron of the drop-down has a theme colour but the close control that I see on the phone remains black.

Is there a property for the combo-box that I can set the would influence that colour of the close control.

Re: Theming combobox for dark theme. Change color of controls

Hi @MichelH ,

By default, the combo box control does not have the "X" icon in the upper right corner.

Did you add this icon separately as a standalone icon control? If so, then you can change the color of this icon in its Color property.

Re: Theming combobox for dark theme. Change color of controls

Thank you Mona,

I only see the X in powerapps on the phone, where the control opens as a full screen, not in the development environment.

I did not add anything to the control myself, not sure how I could.

I find the X not very intuitive, and if I cloud replace it by a "done" button, I would try.

And the control is called a "COMBO BOX" in the development environment.
