@anichols Sorry about the trouble. Could you please describe what the user is experiencing (repro steps)? Are the user on certain devices or are all users experiencing the issue? When did the issue start occurring? From the logs of the session it looks like the first app opened fine. Then the second app started failing. Was this app opened through a pinned tile on the home screen or a link in an email? We have seen a few instances where iOS cuts off the app ID from the URL when opened through a link in email. So far this appeared to be an issue with iOS 12.
We have two PowerApps. The two users who are having issues are on 12.2 ios. -They all use iPads. I do not believe they have the apps pinned, but I would need to ask to be certain.
They Open the first app, and the account meets a condition and tells them they need to launch the second app. They see the LAUNCH button but when its trying to open the app they receive that message.
They can open the second app without any issue, its just the pass off that is not working

You need to use either
as the URL in Launch() function to launch the app.
That way it doesn't rely on Safari which seems to have introduced a bug in iOS 12 where the app ID gets cut off.
