I have an app (PowerApp). Our organisation uses Windows 7, and roaming profiles. Generally it is working fine, but for one user. In IE the app sticks on the load page. In Chrome it comes up with the error message:
This app isn't working. Refresh your browser or try again later.
Session ID: 9f62895e-8b33-4aae-9dc3-bfa4c6c1dbda
When I tried a different App on the same PC with her logged in, this opens fine.
When I logged in on the same PC, the original app opens fine.
Anyone idea what causes this and whether there are any other workarounds for it?

I am having the same issue, many users in my organization are not able to acces power apps :
This particular error message is ALL OVER the forums. None of the issues have a resolution (RED FLAG). I have a single user with this issue right now. We need to know how to debug this issue without needing a session ID.
