Got a user trying to load an app that other users have no issue. They get the message below.
Here's things I've had them try:
Right now I've turned off their PowerApps license and will shortly turn back on to see if that toggles it.

They've tried Edge and Chrome.
The data is contained within the form itself, so no access needed. The app is just a form that emails what is entered into the form.
No specific security requirements and have an All Staff DL that is assigned access to app.
