Hi all,
This is a very basic question about reading the outcome of a flow that has run.
When following the path of where it was successful, failed, cancelled etc there are ticks and crosses on the right hand corner. The green tick is obviously successful, but there are two grey ticks that are a different shade of grey. Can anyone advise what the difference is? Also - if I have the light grey X on two filter conditions, does that mean that it skipped the filter condition (don't want this) or that it went through it?

The success or failure of a condition is based on the success or failure of actions inside the condition. But in this case you used a terminate inside the No side of the condition. So the condition terminated before it completed. That's why the light grey X is there. The condition didn't complete because it was manually terminated. The condition above is the same because the embedded condition didn't complete. The dark grey X means that the action inside the condition in that branch was skipped and never started.
This sounds like a Power Automate question rather than a PowerApps question. You are welcome to post it here but I suggest you post this in the Power Automate Community instead. You’ll get a quicker and better response over there

I couldn't find the cross posting on the Power Automate forum so I thought I would answer it here. Normally You'll see the following:
Hope that helps.
Hi @Pstork1 ,
Thanks for your reply, one further question before I mark this as successful.
With the light grey cancelled symbol, this is occurring on a Condition step. Does this mean that it didn't meet the condition so it cancelled that step? It seems to by pass through the conditions, with them marked as cancelled, and then continue to complete the flow. The concern here is that it is 'cancelling' on the two conditions that are important for the flow, but still completing, so I don't know what is cancelled.
This question is what prompted me to try to understand the symbols - particularly the light grey one.
