Time Discrepancy between App and SharePoint Calendar

I have an app the links to a SharePoint Calendar. When I Patch a new item into the Calendar, it is off by 1 hour. Is this something I need to fix in the App or is it a setting that needs to be adjusted in SharePoint?
How would i go about fixing this issue?

Here is my Patch Formula:

Patch(
'Date Source',
Defaults('Data Source'),
{
Title: "Test Add Item",
'Start Time': DateTimeValue(StartTimeTxt.Text),
'End Time': DateTimeValue(EndTimeTxt.Text),
Description: "Test"
}
)

Thanks!

Go to the settings of your SharePoint site and see what time zone it is set on. I have this be an issue a lot. For some reason anytime we make a new SharePoint Site it is defaulting the time zone to the wrong one.
