Time Zone

Hey,

where do I set the time zone for apps? We use it as a time clock with "now()" written to a table but the times differ one hour from the correct time (Germany).

thanks,

Manuel

Re: Time Zone

Hi @Manuel_O,

PowerApps should use the same time zone configured within the local computer.

If here you would like to change the timezone, please consider take use of the TimeZone Offset function:

DateAdd, DateDiff, and TimeZoneOffset functions in PowerApps

Re: Time Zone

Hi, I tried Timezoneoffset, but the syntax seems to be wrong:

Patch( Tabelle2_6; Defaults( Tabelle2_6 ); { Stamp: (Now(),Timezoneoffset(),Minutes) }

I am using a german version, but using ";" instead of "," does not work either.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Re: Time Zone

It seems as if it is an issue on the way from PowerApps to dropbox. In PowerApps, the time is correct, but the web server seems to save Now() in UTC. Timt Zone Settings in the dropbox account is correctly as well. If anyone has a solution, this would be great..
