Hi Nagaviswanath,

I assumed that you want to create an app based on SharePoint list and write data back to the list.

Do you have already created a SharePoint list? If yes, please refer to this documentation about “Generate an app to manage data in a SharePoint list” for more details:
https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/app-from-sharepoint/

This documentation is about how to understand data forms, hope it can also be a reference for you:
https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/working-with-forms/

Please feel free reply if you need more help.

Thanks for the information Mabel Mao.

I haven't created a share point list yet. Do you think we can let users enter the following fields for each day in a month and we can store it separate forms per user.

1) Name

2) Duration

3) Date

4) Vacation

5) Sick

6) Remarks.

Regards,

Naga

Hi Nagaviswanath,

Before you create an app, you should create a SharePoint list as your data source.

You could create a list with these columns then create an app from data with SharePoint. Then share the app and data source with your users and specify them the proper permission level.

Then your shared user can edit and also save the data to data source.

About how to create an app to manage data in SharePoint list, please see this documentation:
https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/app-from-sharepoint/
About how to share app and share data source, please check these two documentations:
https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/share-app/
https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/share-app-resources/

Please feel free reply if you need more help.
