Timestamp FormViewer

Hello everybody,

i have 2 problems.

1. I save content from a FormViewer in a SharePonit List. How do I get it that only the dropdown box clock is saved in my SP list.

1. Use datetimevalue to convert the drop downs to date time format and save in a date and time column.

2. Split current time value and assign to each dropdown default value
