To implement new changes requested by users in already using canvas app

Hi,

Is there any way to implement new changes requested by users in already using canvas app.

The app which is already in production and owned by other user... how to implement the new request or new requirements into the same app without affecting production data.

you can edit the app and switch out connections temporary to a dev envoirment, your saved changes arent seen by your end users once you publisch your new version

Is this a only way of implementing New Changes....

no you can make changes and edits to your hearts content and your end user will still use their versions.

when you publish your changes then your last saved app will be shown to your end users.

to publish your app click on file>publish
