To populate 2 fields based on another field with SQL source

Hi All,

I have a combo box that reads the value from SQL to populate the values.

Once a value is selected, I need another 2 columns to be auto-populated based on the first one.

The LPO number will be selected and the corresponding Project No and Supplier Name needs to be auto-populated.

Please help.
