Re: To run a flow after button is pushed

Hi @Galina73 ,

Do you want to run a flow which is triggered by powerapps to send an email with attachments of sharepoint list?

If so, the parameters that you need is based on your flow's configuations.

Could you show me your flow in details?

I've made a similar test for your reference:

1)In my flow, I only ask ID of the record item in powerapps.

Then use this ID to get attachments of the specific record.

2)In my powerapps, I just need to use this formula to run this flow:
flowname.Run(recordID)

What's more, you could check what parameters that your flow asks for by viewing the prompt information above your formula bar, like this:

So the parameters that the flow needs is decided the "ask in powerapps" that you select in flow.

Here's a doc about a flow of sending email with attachments in sharepoint for your reference:

Re: To run a flow after button is pushed

Hi @Galina73 ,

After you type Run( you will see all the required parameters in the window at the top. You then need to add the information. I assume you wrote the Flow, so you will know what values are required.

Please click Accept as solution if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily. It also closes the item. If the content was useful in other ways, please consider giving it Thumbs Up.
